SETTINGS TO VIEW SIGNATURE IN FINACLE

View Signature in Finacle: CBS

Pre-requisite:
1.Internet Explorer 8 or higher version.
2.Java 7 with Update 17 or higher.
3.Desktop Settings of Finacle - correctly Configured.

Settings to Enable Signature In Finacle

•Java 7 with update 17 or higher should be installed.
•Internet Explorer > Compatible view setting > un-check all options then remove indiapost.gov.in
•Open Internet Explorer > Press F12 > Developer > Browser mode : Internet Explorer

•Go to Control panel > Java > advanced > java plugin > Uncheck enable next generation then Restart your Internet Explorer to take effect.
•Remove auto update of Java.
•Remove multiple Java versions if available, clear cache in Java.

In Oracle America, Inc following three options should be enabled.

3. Sun Java Console
